A door leads from the lounge onto a small patio garden area with patio furniture. Back gate leads directly to the parking area for one car with visitor parking also available.
FIRST FLOOR – The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shaver point and corner bath with shower over and shower curtain.
Both bedrooms are attractively decorated and the 2nd bedroom has views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
Bedroom 2 is small, but has a 4-foot wide lower bed with a 3-foot wide bed overhead a built in wardrobe and an alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and includes a wall mounted combined Television and DVD player with remote control. There is plenty of built in storage space and an alarm clock radio.
All towels and bedding are included and the beds are made up freshly before your arrival.
The property is available all year round with prices from £315 up to £550 per week, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
