FIRST FLOOR – The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shaver point and corner bath with shower over and shower curtain.
Both bedrooms are attractively decorated and the 2nd bedroom has views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island.
Bedroom 2 is small, but has a 4-foot wide lower bed with a 3-foot wide bed overhead a built in wardrobe and an alarm clock radio.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and includes a wall mounted combined Television and DVD player with remote control. There is plenty of built in storage space, a dressing table and an alarm clock radio.
All towels and bedding are included and the beds are made up freshly before your arrival.
The property is available all year round with prices from £320 up to £750 per week, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

The property is accessed from the front door via three steps - as seen in the picture, although there is level access via the back door.
The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor and are accessed via a staircase, however there is a downstairs toilet and washbasin. There are no sleeping arrangements on the Ground Floor.
